Solution

The platform uses Livepeer as one of the fundamentals building blocks to fetch the live-streams and recorded content. The full streams are used to allow people to create their clips. Submitting a clip triggers a Github Action which ensures processing happens transparently. Since this is an asynchronous process the creator is notified whenever the video is ready using Push protocol. Anyone who subscribed to the channel will also get an update whenever a new video is available.All videos and metadata are stored on IPFS to ensure anyone can watch without any platform or risks of censorship.
