Problem Statement

CAOS is a DAO that facilitates property management through transparent and efficient systems in blockchain. Some features are: Transparent management of funds and payments; Transactions performed at Ethereum Network; Efficient voting system and no more need for long meetings; Maintenance requests registered and audited.

Solution

This project uses Neon EVM to deploy contracts in the Solana Network in order to keep transactions quicker and fees lower. It also uses Vite and react for the frontend and databases to make it easy to access login information. We also used solidity to write the contracts and Hardhat to test and deploy them.
