Civic.ai allows for privacy preserving feedback from citizens which are then aggregated and analyzed for sentiment via an autonomous AI agent, which can speak up as the "Voice of the People."

Solution
This project uses the Arx research HaLo NFC chip as a way to authenticate users and provides privacy using a ZK proof built using Noir. We have built an autonomous agent integration using the Coinbase Developer platform which analyzes the data and posts on Twitter with a signature. The agent signs the payload plus the public key to verify that it is posting with the correct sentiment data.We have incorporated the NounsDAO Noun generation API to allow the AI agent to take on the identify of the Nouns characters as well when people are logged in and submitting feedback or querying the agent.For collecting the data, we have a vectoral database that index every user message.
