Problem Statement

Co-owning real state properties brings about a lot of legal implications within the partners. Forging documents, changing wills, jeopardize the other person's interest. Due to government policies and regulations some assets can not be co-owned like vehicles, jewellery

Solution

Trying to combine different protocols, e.g. Double Protocol for Renting of Tokens, using factories to create a rep-Token for every asset to fractionalize it.
