Problem Statement

This project uses a straightforward UI to allow a nontechnical individual to create a simple DAO, where individuals can join, create proposals, vote with a predetermined quorum, and grow in governance rank based on participation. Features are customizable upon initiation. Smart contracts can be upgraded over time when members reach consensus on proposals.

Solution
