ethglobal is a centralized platform but it should be open for anyone to run their own hackathon in a decentralized manner on chain. ui can still be proprietary to ethglobal, but index itself must be decentralized where anyone can create it in a no code way, announce the hackathon and attestation model and have everything on chain

Solution

ethglobal should operate on the proof of project where github is attested onchain and it is indexed with a custom index so anyone can issue attestations and then set up a no code index to run a hackathon and judge. every proof of project can be attested as a winning one and rewarded on chain
