They are the experts who have been creating assessments for years but their assessments have been owned by the organization they work for. With Dehitas, they will own the tests that they create and receive royalties with a ‘Pay as you go’ model.⭐𝗛𝗶𝗿𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗲 is an adaptation of Metaverse and its features. It creates a life-like experience and changes how the remote hiring process exists today⭐𝗗𝗲𝗰𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘇𝗲𝗱 𝗽𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺 that reaps the benefits of blockchain and other platforms. This provides security, transparency, efficiency, and privacy💻𝗛𝗼𝘄 𝗶𝘁 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸𝘀A Company, Creator or a Candidate will need to sign up on the platform using their wallet. A Company can then post jobs as per their requirements. Once they create a job, they will need to select the screening test that they want to use. To do this, they can either buy a test or create a customised test. Next, they can invite suitable candidates to give the test. Candidates can also apply directly to the job posts. From the applicants list, they can shortlist candidates and schedule interviews. The interviews are held in the Hireverse.The Creator can create repositories of questions. These repositories will be used to generate questions in the tests. Next, to create a test, they can select parameters like the duration of the test, number of questions, marking format, minimum score, maximum score, etc. They can keep their repositories public or private. To build repositories, they can use the existing questions or create new questions.The Candidate can apply to jobs posted by Companies. If they are approved by the Company, they can give the assessment test. Their scores are given in the form of NFTs. Thus the scores of assessment tests are verified and immutable. Solution

This project is built on React.js and Solidity. We have also built a virtual office called 'Hireverse' using React.js, Typescript and WebRTC𝗣𝗼𝗹𝘆𝗴𝗼𝗻, 𝗦𝗞𝗔𝗟𝗘, 𝗖𝗿𝗼𝗻𝗼𝘀Dehitas is a multi-chain project with its smart contract integrated with four different blockchains. Being multi-chain, provides security and also makes it accessible to a bigger pool of users.𝗜𝗣𝗙𝗦/𝗙𝗶𝗹𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗶𝗻IPFS/Filecoin has really made the storage of our data decentralized. Important personal information like profile photos, cover images, etc. are stored on IPFS/Filecoin using CID. This solves the problem of privacy facing the Web2 today. With decentralized personal data, the privacy of the users is intact.𝗫𝗠𝗧𝗣Another champion platform that has helped us with decentralization of data is XMTP. All the communications between our entities is carried out through XMTP. Thus, eliminating the privacy concern of sensitive personal data or confidential information regarding hiring.𝗘𝗣𝗡𝗦Notifications are an essential part of how companies can invite candidates or schedule interviews with them. We have implemented this functionality of the project using EPNS.𝗦𝘂𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗳𝗹𝘂𝗶𝗱Superfluid is used to implement our ‘Pay as you go’ model for assessments. A company pays a certain amount while buying an assessment test. Every time this test is given by a candidate, the creator is paid for the test. The ‘pay as you go’ model also includes other factors such as time taken to complete the test. All such features have been added using Superfluid.𝗨𝗻𝗹𝗼𝗰𝗸The Unlock protocol is used to give access to the Hireverse. The Hireverse is an adaptation of Metaverse where candidates and companies can meet each other and conduct interviews. You can only enter the Hireverse if you have created an account on Unlock protocol.𝗧𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗱Data is the backbone of our project. All the databases used for Dehitas are created on Tabeland. In all, we have used 50 APIs of Tableland to create, edit and manage the database.𝗡𝗙𝗧𝗣𝗼𝗿𝘁The scores of the assessment test are given to the candidates in the form of an NFT using NFTPort. Thus, the scores shown for any candidate are verified scores, stored on a blockchain and immutable.𝗖𝗼𝘃𝗮𝗹𝗲𝗻𝘁We are using Covalent to fetch NFTs in our user profile. These are the NFTs minted on our smart contract & help display the achievements of the user.
