Problem Statement

EPI enables online stores to accept gasless crypto payments without relying on FIAT currencies or custodial wallet solutions EPI is a two fold solutionEPI wallet - a user friendly wallet which uses Push protocolEPI Pay - a digital payment gateway that abstracts away all the web3 behind an easy to integrate react component. It works with Metamask and "EPI Wallet" for now. And we will work on adding support for more wallets soon

Solution

The EPI Pay is a react component that uses P2P messaging enabled by Push protocol. It allows vendors to accept crypto paymentsThe EPI Wallet is built using Web3JS. For P2P notifications, we use Push protocol.The EPI DAO is a solidity smart contract deployed on Sepolia Testnet When a vendor accepts a payment on EPI Pay, we charge them a small fees from their profit which is used to subsidise the gas for their user. This happens in one single transaction. As a result, when a payment is made using EPI Wallet, the payment is gas-less
