Problem Statement

A system in which you can create Intents on a chain, and a third party resolver can provide BTC by settling the intent, and verification by SPV proofs on the source chain to claim the BTC in the destination chain. Once the proof is verified and the intent has been successfully resolved, the tokens are then dispatched to the relayer

Solution

We used a escrow smart contract that holds the funds in the source chain and creates an Intent on the contract. A relayer/feeder/filler, picks up that contract and then performs BTC transfer on destination address in the intent. Intent is then resolved, once BTC is transfer is complete and verified using SPV proofs. Final step, the funds are then released to the relayer.
