Problem Statement

Falcon is a decentralized social media platform built on top of Lens Protocol. The Lens Protocol is a Web3 social graph on the Polygon Proof-of-Stake blockchain. It makes use of smart contracts and NFTs to enforce transparency and content ownership. It uses IPFS to store the media and metadata for all the posts, comments etc.

Solution

This project uses -> React for frontend -> Tailwind / Plain CSS for styling -> Lens API to interact with smart contracts -> IPFS for immutable NFT Posts -> Ethers for polygon devtools -> Apollo client to interact with the Lens API -> ENS for better UX while interacting with the dapp.
