Solution

aside from standing up a postgres db it was all javascript... i found snapshot.js's network config for OP was out of date because my multicalls were failing, had no other choice but to use my own version with this yalc tool.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​
