GitVault

Problem Statement

With GitVault, you can transition your codebases from GitHub to decentralised storage backups to ensure that your codebase stays bulletproof from censorship. GitVault also helps developers build a reputation on-chain by moving your contributions from GitHub to the decentralized web.

Solution

The project uses GitHub actions to push the codebase into Walrus - a decentralised storage protocol through GitVault's ENS integration. The ENS subnames and primary names map your repository metadata map your Github identities to Walrus Blob IDs making sure that your contributions are on-chain as a part of your web3 identity.
