Problem Statement

The project is about collecting the details of a house and its documentation. Once the house collects all the info, it can be converted into a digital item that can be exchanged very easily from one person to another person. This way there will be no need for any kind of third parties involved in exchange for a house. I will be also building third-party apps that will facilitate collecting commissions and paying fees.

Solution

Im using polybase for the backend database layer along with third web wallet buttons. Im using next js for both the backend and frontend. I will be using tailiwnd css for this project and also axios for apis calling. Im not planning of using any smart contracts as I want to just demonstrate how easy it is to use with polybase.
