Problem Statement

Instealth allows companies to settle electronic invoices in a private manner but still tax transparent for the government.Companies log in with their email, create invoices which are settled privately on the superchain ecosystem and sent to their client. The client can receive those invoices through email, reject or pay them. The payment takes places onchain with EURC with stealth addresses to make it anonymous.

Solution

We use the alchemy account abstraction stack for the login and the gas management. The invoices are attested on EAS with a merkle root, so the companies can later reveal the tax amount without revealing the entire invoice. The settlement takes places on the superchain ecosystem made available through blockscout.
