Problem Statement

Prevents the data of the patient from being spread out across multiple healthcare services and being lost.Ensures that the user has control over what data is added under their name.Gives researchers access to huge amounts of anonymized patient records.

Solution

We could not store the patient data in a decentralized way without risking it being freely accessible in public, so we had to change our approach to use an element of a centralized server.
