Decentralized property management portal manages signed leases as NFTs. Making payment and subleasing easier. Landlords can accept monthly rent in the form of crypto from tenants using this service. Makes it easier for them to put a down payment on the lease and has seamless process for transferring the lease in the case of subletting.
Solution
Made with Filecoin, Lit, ENS, and Fluence to create a decentralized property management portable that is beneficial for tenants. Makes it easier for them to put a down payment on the lease and has seamless process for transferring the lease in the case of subletting. Leverages Filecoin storage to store signed lease PDFs which are then minted as an NFTs. Once the lease term has ended that NFT is then destroyed. Fluence helps manage and scale this. ENS provides a readable domain. Lit provides security.
