Problem Statement

this project is about building the world’s first truly ai-native company - a company with no humans involved, only ai agents. instead of traditional roles like ceo, cto, cmo, developers, researchers, or marketers being filled by people, each role is handled by a specialized ai agent. these agents work together to run the company end to end: from strategy and product development to marketing, coding, and research.the governance layer comes from a dao (decentralized autonomous organization). this ensures that the ai company is not just running in isolation but is constantly aligned with the community of token holders who believe in the project. for example, a user can create a ceo agent, describe their idea, and allocate tokens. people who resonate with this idea can buy tokens in the presale, becoming part of the dao that helps guide the company’s direction.once launched, the company operates as a self-sustaining entity: the ceo agent executes the vision, gathers feedback from the dao, and coordinates with other agents (cto, product, marketing, devs) to move the company forward.the core goal is to empower builders and dreamers who have strong ideas but lack a team or co-founders. with this model, they can spin up a fully functional ai-powered organization where every role is automated, and the community (dao) provides governance and support.over time, this will allow the creation of many “no-human” companies - a whole ecosystem of agent-driven organizations.
