Problem Statement

This project is a Real-World Asset (RWA) Tokenization Platform built on Hedera Hashgraph, enabling the secure tokenization, listing, and trading of physical and financial assets such as Real Estate, Invoices, Commodities, Stocks, and Carbon Credits.Using the Hedera Token Service (HTS), any real-world asset can be converted into fungible or non-fungible tokens with metadata secured on IPFS. Once minted, assets are automatically listed on the decentralized marketplace, allowing investors to buy shares using HBAR.The platform also automates rental income and revenue distribution via a smart PaymentSplitter contract, ensuring that token holders receive proportional earnings based on real-time ownership. Enabled with role-based permissions, issuers can onboard assets, managers can submit revenue, and users can freely trade tokens, all with fast, scalable, and low-fee transactions powered by Hedera’s enterprise-grade infrastructure.
