We are trying to solve the given mentioned arrears: Compliant Tokenisation ERC3643 compliant tokens ensuring regulatory requirements are met across jurisdictions. Fractional Ownership Invest in high-value properties with as little as 1% ownership through tokenization. KYC Verification Seamless identity verification ensuring all investors meet regulatory requirements.

Solution

We are trying to implement compliancy tokenisation, fractional ownership and KYC verification for making the process of buying / owning real estate simpler and secure for everyone. With next js, typescript for building majority of the things in the project , we also learnt about ERC 3643 omplementation.
