Solution

As amateur web3 devs we used scaffold-eth to build smart contracts to 1) mint NFTs, 2) Buy NFTs, 3) Distribute funds to partners, 4) Dynamically change the NFT upon progress.. We customized fields and front end to make it more friendly to the end consumer. We would like to use a DAO to manage the relations and certifications as well as deploy money when certain conditions are achieved such as education finished, level of impact on the environment to make it more engaging and to actually keep the level of accountability needed. We connected to polygon mumbai to deploy the smart contracts.
