Problem Statement

We saw that existing "podcast pages" suffer from slow page loads, centralized infrastructure, and bad SEO. This makes them less accessible to developing communities around the world.Reflect.fm fixes this with a decentralized podcast page with better speed, SEO, and readability than any podcast page in the world. Best of all, it's interoperable with existing podcast providers, so you already have a page on reflect.fm if you have a podcast!Anyone who uses Anchor, Libsyn, or has an RSS feed can use reflect.fm today!

Solution

We built this to be unstoppable with IPFS. In addition, we pulled in advanced web2 technologies like Next.js and TypeScript. With the help of https://bundlephobia.com, we made tactical choices around every line of code completed. This means that a podcast page has better speed, SEO, and readability than any "podcast page" that exists in the world.
