Problem Statement

It makes the health records digital making it paperless. It also makes more secure as the essential patients data is stored on the blockchain.Basically, the hospital staff will scan the patients lab report and we are taking only the lab reports table using OpenCv. The extracted data from the table is converted to the json data. Solution

We ran into few challenges: Getting pytessercat running on windows was geving installation errors. We faced issues while undertanding scroll's testnet using Sepolia eth.
