Problem Statement

SimpliDAO aims at creating a full stack DAO suite for a community to create their Decentralised Autonomous Organization without learning to code. Creating a DAO is a tedious task with no single application providing an end-to-end solution and Information. With our dapp, users can easily mint their tokens, raise funds by selling parts of tokens, manage the raised funds (Treasury Management/ AMM), and finally Govern the project bound by tokens in a decentralized and autonomous fashion.

Solution

SimpliDAO uses multiple technologies. Frontend: React, ethers, Web3Modal, WalletConnect, Wagmi. Smart-Contracts: Solidity, Openzeppelin, Remix, truffle, Polygon, optimism, Metamask.We programmed the DAO Governor proposals to provide maximum functionality without writing a single piece of code and enhancing user experience, while solving the complexity of composing the proposals to operate other smart-contracts.
