Problem Statement

The share extension uploads photo from the camera roll and creates an album that can be shared to anyone. Unlike ICloud photos the link does not expire and the assets remain on the web for a longer time. It is intitutive to use with no blockchain knowledge and the slideshow interface is nice and clean.

Solution

This project was made with react native and nft storage, nft storage is directly call to transfter the images from the users phone to the cloud. React Native is used to make the user interface. The backend is in nodejs and using a combination of Rest API and graphql. The IPFS gateway being used is through cloudflare.
