Solution

first we tried to build a chrome extension but we got to know we cannot use metamask api, because metamask is already an extension, what we were doing was building a extension which depends on other extension. after wasting a lot of time we decided to build a web app we were able to build it succesfully. we also tried building our extension and we were able to implement with the help of OKTO. which were also the sponsors of the event.
