Problem Statement

It is a blockchain-based RealEstate Dapp where seller lists their properties and buyers can buy the property and get property NFT. Here each property is represented by an individual NFT. Xyllow also includes Escrow properties such as Lenders, inspectors, appraisers, etc. it is a real estate NFT marketplace where the person who wants to sell his property can list his property and a person who wants to buy a property can connect his wallet and search for the property and buy it and get NFT of the property as a token of ownership of the property. Dapps uses a basic frontend such as Home, Buy, and List pages; all the listed properties are shown at the bottom, and the user can search the property of a particular location. It also includes features such as a Lender where the third person can lend money to the buyer to buy a property and the Appraiser can approve whether the purchase is correct.

This uses the following tech:Frontend: ReactJs, HTML, CSS Backend: Solidity Integration of Front and back: Hardhat Testing: Mocha and ChaiStorage: IPFSThis project uses two smart contacts: 1: RealEstate contract for minting the NFT uses openzeppelin ERC721 2: Escrow contract handles buyer, seller, lender, inspector process.
