Problem Statement

Our idea is to create a personal inventory system and system of title for real-world goods. We will do this by allowing the makers and owners of real-world items to represent their items via tokens, which will be associated with real world items through QR codes or RFID chips. These tokens and the associated container can then be used to support a system of digital inventory, allowing individuals to share, loan, and transfer their property.

Solution

This project makes heavy use of several sponsor technologies:The entire system is build on Polygon to take advantage of low transaction costs and fast processingThe data storage solution uses IPFS through the pinata API. Over time, we expect our representations of real-world object to get more colorful and complex, with lots of associated metadata.
