This project use create2 to allow payments to be sent to deterministic addresses with unknown ownership. To later take ownership of that address and transfer funds elsewhere. it is auditable, allowing for inappropriate/ill gotten funds to be flagged and removed from the system. therefore, it should be allowed to operate unlink tornado cash.
