Problem Statement

This project uses Moralis for the server, oneInch to get tokens/quotes and the front end is javascript. From the frontend, a user can select a token from which he/she wants to swap and the token they're swapping to. It shows the equivalent of the number of tokens it is swapping to and the estimated gas price to execute the transaction. A user can t.hen make the swap. N.B It is live on Ethereum main-net, so be careful not to swap your token for that which you might not want

Solution

This project uses Moralis to spin up servers and OneInch to get quotes and build decentralized exchanges like Uniswap, SushiSwap ... Frontend is Javascript. Moralis and OneInch was very useful in quickly setting up the project and getting it out to test. I have always wanted to build a decentralized exchange but never knew how to go about it. But the Moralis academy was very helpfu.l
