AI Berkshire Hathaway — an AI-managed, community-powered investment system for multi-chain.

Problem Statement

AI Berkshire Hathaway is an on-chain, community-powered investment structure where users contribute signals and the system allocates capital across multiple chains using stablecoin-native infrastructure. Fund capital is held entirely in USDC and EURC on Circle Arc, which acts as the project’s native settlement and liquidity layer. When community signals meet price and risk thresholds, assets are bridged from Arc to execution chains such as Base, forming a transparent flow from idea → capital → on-chain execution. Chainlink provides cross-chain price data and proof-of-reserve checks to ensure allocations are made safely and with verifiable on-chain reference data. ENS is used to map fund wallets and investment modules into a unified naming system, making portfolio ownership readable and auditable across chains. The result is an open, disciplined, and fully on-chain investment mechanism accessible to everyone.

Solution

The system is built around a modular flow: Arc serves as the capital origin layer holding USDC and EURC, while a routing module determines when and where assets should move based on validated signals. When investment thresholds are met, the router uses Circle’s programmable stablecoin framework to initiate bridging from Arc to chains like Base for execution. Chainlink infrastructure is integrated at the data and safety layer. Price feeds anchor the decision logic, while proof-of-reserve checks ensure underlying stablecoin liquidity is intact before any bridge or allocation occurs. ENS is implemented as a cross-chain identity reference: each fund wallet, execution route, and strategy module is mapped to a domain/subdomain so that asset flows remain transparent. The architecture is intentionally lightweight: the idea layer, signal validation, capital routing, and multi-chain execution are decoupled, allowing new chains or stablecoin routes to be added without modifying the core system. This makes the project flexible, verifiable, and easy to extend.
