Problem Statement

This project presents a downloadable UEFN template that can be deployed to Fortnite out-of-box with a BAYC saloon and an Apecoin wood structure. This template is gated for 1 $APE to allow the Apecoin community members to have exclusive access to build their own games in Fortnite and play with Fortnite friends. This template can directly publish to Fortnite and have a playable game on PC/PS5/Switch (or other game consoles with Fortnite).

Solution

This project is built based on UEFN (Unreal Editor for Fortnite) which was released on March 22, 2023. Our idea is to create a template to jumpstart Apecoin community creators and gamers to build mini-games in Fortnite. "Fortnite has around 400 million registered users as of 2023" (source:https://www.demandsage.com/fortnite-statistics/).We started by migrating and re-building our existing saloon building to be compatible and usable within UEFN. We completed our initial template and set up our Apecoin-gated download ($APE >=1) onhttps://uefn.anotherworld.ggusing EthersJS, Firebase Hosting.
