Problem Statement

BrickByBrick brings real-world construction on-chain. Builders can tokenize their projects, raise capital without discounting units, and receive funds gradually through a milestone-based escrow powered by AI verification and oracles. Investors gain access to real estate with a low entry ticket, full transparency during construction, safety through collateral options, and guaranteed liquidity via a secondary market.

Solution

BrickByBrick is built as a full-stack Web3 application combining smart contracts, AI services, and a modern frontend. The frontend uses Next.js 16, React 19, TypeScript, Tailwind, Wagmi, Viem, RainbowKit, and TanStack Query to deliver a clean and responsive on-chain experience. On the backend, we built Solidity smart contracts using Hardhat as the development framework, with Curvegrid providing an abstraction layer to simplify blockchain interactions. Construction photos are processed through Google Cloud Vision and Gemini for AI-based validation, and we use LangExtract to analyze milestone evidence. Project files and metadata are stored on Filecoin for decentralized persistence.
