Problem Statement

This is a project to bring OnlyFans experience (which is by definition open to censorship and discrimination from payment networks) into the web3.Idea is to create an application where we utilise Lit Protocol & Ceramic to encrypt content and allow people to pay / subscribe etc. to get access to it.

Solution

We used Lit Protocol to handle encrypted content (with Bundlr & Arweave & Ceramic). It is quite a good fit as our use case requires decentralised access control to data.We used React / NextJS / Typescript for the frontend. Utilised RainbowKit & WAGMI to handle connecting to the wallet (although, it would seem Lit Protocol has their own connection here so we'll need to make a PR to expand Lit-JS-SDK to allow RainbowKit at the very least).Intention is to deploy this into a decentralised system such as IPFS and to let it run on its own with no servers - also allowing us to not be at the helm, with less centralisation.
