Problem Statement

First Progressive Web App platform where users can tokenize property or trade affordable fractions of property as Non-Fungible Token and Make rental profit thanks to the Ethereum Blockchain.The project is build by implementing @circlepay for usdc payment, @0xPolygon layer 2 to lower fees transactions fees and IPFSPinata as pinning serice for IPFS.In the future we would like to integrate with @uniswap protocol for liquidity pool.

Solution

This project let anyone purchase a fraction of property and receive a customized rental payement (Hourly, Daily, Monthly).Any fraction owner can use this fraction as collateral for a loan.Next Step :In the future we will implement the flashMorgage which will be the equivalent of Flashloan.
