FarSquare is a full-stack platform for tokenized real estate trading on EVM blockchains. It combines ERC-3643 permissioned tokens, a hybrid off-chain/on-chain trading engine, and AI-driven market insights to enable compliant, data-driven property investment. With built-in KYC/AML, auditable attestations, and fractional ownership with automated income distribution, FarSquare bridges traditional real estate and decentralized finance.

Solution

FarSquare runs on Multi-chain EVM networks, leveraging Solidity smart contracts with ERC-3643 compliance, and Envio for real-time indexing and APIs. The React dApp frontend delivers live market data, while AI models power forecasting and investment insights. Built with Hardhat 3 and PayPal PYUSD integration, the system supports multi-currency settlements and automated, trustless transactions.
