Problem Statement

Long-tail stable coins and stable assets with thin liquidity. Increase projects' collaboration on different chains Users experiences with web 3.0 since no chain switching when swap. Higher yield from changing fees structure for Long-tail stable coins and stable assets veOGV model for further incentive if needed to improve liquidity and cross-chain activities
