Problem Statement

lenstreak shows different types of streaks based on users interactions on lens. the initial version displays the max streak as well as the current streak based on posts, comments, mirrors, quotes, collects, follows, up- and downvotes. Additionally a paid collects streak shows the most active collectors.

Solution

lenstreak is built on top of the lens BigQuery public dataset, utilising the intellilens aggregation layer. The streak data is displayed in looker studio. The looker studio reporting as well as the BigQuery scripts are written in SQL. The BigQuery scripts select interaction data from lens and combine the interaction data with publication (post) data to calculate the users' different streak types.
