Problem Statement

Pumpkin Spice Lattes is a prize-linked savings app that turns boring DeFi yields into exciting jackpots. Users deposit stablecoins into a shared pool. The principal is always safe, but the pooled yield funds periodic lottery draws. Winners receive outsized “latte rewards,” while non-winners still keep their deposits intact. It’s a fun, approachable way to make savings engaging while introducing consumer-friendly DeFi mechanics.

Solution

Smart contracts: Solidity, deployed on EVM-compatible testnet. Randomness: Have compatible adapters to slot in different sources of randomness (Flare Secure Random Number Generator and Flow native VRF currently supported) Interest Rate Source: adapters can integrate any source of yield that is ERC4626ish compliant. Support Morpho on Katana and Kinetic on Flare. Frontend: Vite, Rainbow, Viem, deployed on netlify.The project highlights how prize-linked savings can drive adoption by making savings feel rewarding and playful, without any risk to deposits.
