Problem Statement

Ramp Exhange is solution that enables users to access over the counter on-ramp and of-ramp solutions on starknet. It maximizes on Mpesa's Api to enable users to sell their assets with mobile money the service. The application can cut off centralized exchanges which sometimes offer bad user experiences like needing a peer to peer transaction before converting assets to cash. With Ramp exchange, users will be able to access a pool of tokens and money to offer fast transactions.

Solution

https://github.com/phydy/RampEx. React, Rust, TailwindCSS, Rust. The project's contract is built on starknet with a backend in rust and react frontend. It uses Mpesa Apis to enable fiat transactions. Users of-ramping send tokens to the contract which emits an event that gets caught on the backend and sent to the fiat api for finalization. When on-ramping users receive a push notification on their phone which is validated by the fiat api befor receiving the tokens from a backend watcher that recives the callback
