Our platform guides entrepreneurs through the foundational steps of creating a new venture: securing a unique onchain identity with an ENS domain, defining founder roles and equity splits, and establishing the business structure in a transparent, verifiable way. By leveraging Privy for seamless user onboarding (via wallet or email), we make Web3 accessible to everyone, empowering the next generation of builders to launch their ideas with clarity and confidence.
