Problem Statement

We are Ours: a World App mini-app that enables compliant, fractional ownership of U.S. real estate through secure, transparent Web3 infrastructure. Real estate is the world’s largest asset class, yet access remains slow, restricted, and tied to geography. Traditional systems still depend on where you live, what documents you hold, and outdated processes that haven’t evolved in decades. Tokenization didn’t fail because the technology wasn’t ready, it failed because the fundamentals were missing: verifiable trust, regulatory compliance, real liquidity, and authenticated real-world data. Ours fixes all four with one unified architecture. We tokenize U.S. real estate under a compliant framework (ERC-3643 + SPV LLCs), ensuring every investment is legally enforceable from day one. Identity is verified through World ID, guaranteeing globally accessible yet fully compliant participation. Developers access faster, cheaper, global funding; investors gain vetted, data-driven opportunities with unprecedented liquidity and transparent risk profiles. Our mission is simple: make U.S. real estate globally accessible, borderless, transparent, and secure. We unify compliance, identity, liquidity, and verifiable data into a single investable infrastructure layer. As more developers onboard, reputation compounds, data grows, liquidity deepens, and the entire ecosystem becomes increasingly defensible and impossible to replicate. Ours is not just tokenizing properties we’re rebuilding the financial infrastructure behind real estate for a global, trust-first future.

Solution

We built this project by combining compliant real-world asset tokenization with a verifiable and global identity layer.For the tokenization framework, we used ERC-3643, which gives us permissioned tokens with built-in compliance controls. Each property is structured through an SPV LLC, so every token directly represents regulated U.S. real estate.All of our smart contracts were developed and tested using Hardhat 3, which allowed us to run reliable BTT-style tests and validate contract behavior before deployment.To guarantee trustworthy real-world data, we integrated Chainlink. Instead of depending on a single API server, Chainlink nodes fetch data independently and reach consensus, giving us trust-minimized updates for valuations and construction milestones.On the identity side, we combined World ID with KYC/KYB providers. World ID gives us global scalability and a smooth onboarding flow, while KYC/KYB ensures every participant meets the regulatory requirements for investing in U.S. real estate.One of our key innovations is the Trust Score: a reputation system that blends on-chain transaction history with verified off-chain developer performance, giving investors a transparent and measurable risk indicator.All of this connects into a modular pipeline: identity → compliance → tokenization → marketplace → liquidity.By using Chainlink, World ID, and ERC-3643, we ensure the system is secure, compliant, globally accessible, and ready to support real-world assets at scale.
