However, when it comes to buying or selling property, a decentralized solution seems hard to find. ☹️There comes aPlotaLoom– a game-changer in private property dealings! 🚪PlotaLoom is an innovative solution that revolutionizes property dealings by providing adecentralized land marketplace. We effectively get rid of scams and conflicts that usually cause problems in traditional property dealings.Our platform offers a secure user experience throughefficient wallet loginsandlocation-based verificationsand leveragesAnon-Aadharfor the Indian region andPolygon IDglobally as the singularity of the user. Anonymity is a cornerstone that ensures buyers and sellers communicate securely. 🔐We protect the identity maintaining theprivacy of usersin real-time chats and issue a warning throughPushwhenever an attempt is made to disclose personal information. We aim to resolve conflicts arising from multiple users vying for the same property throughauctions and bidding, promoting fairness in dealings. Leveraging blockchain enhances overall security, addressing vulnerabilities present in conventional property dealings. 🔔Beyond the initial stages, the monetization strategy will see an implementation of innovative revenue streams, includingpremium subscriptionsandminimum transaction fees, ensuring a diversified income model. With an eye on finance scalability, we plan to tailor its platform to meet the distinct property regulations and user preferences of various regions. Solution

We faced several tech-stack challenges:While working withAnon-Aadhar SDK, we weren't able to test it in ourlocal system. Further, we were provided with thedependenciesby the officials which were limited toNextand couldn’t support our existingVitebased client. That made us create2 clients.🫠Polygon IDintegration was a bit tricky because thejs-iden3-auth SDKhad some functionalities that were about to come soon(JSW)which was the first step to implement.(Navbar-> Tools https://devs.polygonid.com/)👀We facedprivacy concernsin Lighthouse integration due to the absence of encryption libraries in theirPython SDK. 🛠️Integration complexities betweenPython and JavaScriptbased frameworks.Consideration ofauthentication methodsin Web3, eventually chose Moralis after a brief discussion with mentors. 🔒Overall, transitioning fromWeb2 to Web3was challenging, but we enjoyed it as a team! 🙌
