Problem Statement

The world of Web3 is beautiful. But most people get in by buying shitcoins, and end up getting burnt before they can even explore. In an ideal world, where people actually do explore, we believe that onboarding itself should be fun, and rewarding, and relatable.Historically, any new technology attains mass user adoption first via entertainment. This was true for the Internet itself, with gaming and porn in the early 2000s. The same holds for VR, a little more than a decade later. At Play3 Club, we believe that Web3 will go through a similar process to achieve mass user adoption, and we want to accelerate that process, by building fun and intuitive gaming products; effectively a play-to-earn gateway into Web3.Santa Slay is a fun, meme-game. Here's the premise: This year, PETA has banned Santa from using his reindeers to deliver gifts! So he takes matters into his own hands, and builds a janky rocket propulsion system for his sleigh. Help Santa navigate, and make sure he doesn't crash, while he goes around spreading the Christmas joy!Here's how it works: When a player opens up the Santa Slay app, they can choose to import an existing non-custodial wallet, or create a new one. The wallet experience on our app is super beginner-friendly, and baby-proofed, curated and designed specifically for our "new to Web3" userThere are 3 game modes:Tournament Mode: Players can take part in tournaments to win MATIC prize pool rewards. There are new tournaments every 24h. To take part in large prize pool tournaments, players must pay a participation fee. But they can play small prize pool tournaments for free, to win MATIC rewards. This gasless experience is possible because of account abstraction.Duel Mode: Players can duel each other, by each staking some MATIC, where the winner takes 90% of the pool, and 10% comes to the treasury.Practice: Of course we're not excluding anyone. Our game is fun. You can play for free!Imagine if this was how you got into Web3!
