Problem Statement

Users pay for staying at other people's homes by ERC20 tokens which are issued only once per user when they prove their humanity with a solution such as World ID. The users also pay a membership fee in fiat or stable coins. Part of the revenue from the membership fees goes back to the users proportional to the amount of tokens they hold. The tokens are not freely traded and can only be used to swap homes or for other services and partnerships with other companies.

Solution

I used scaffold-eth for fast prorotyping, pinata for image storage and google maps api for address location and world coin for prevention of multiple accounts creation.There are two main contracts - the RentalContract responsible for managing the logic behind booking and listing properties and the TokenContract handling the verification logic and minting of tokens.
